- 7040A26 steering column trim - r+r1. Undo the bolts fixing the analogue instrument panel trim.2. Remove the trim under the instrument panel.3. Undo the upper bolts fixing the instrument panel to the dashboard; then partly release the panel.

1. Disconnect the electrical connectors for the analogue instrument panel.

2. Remove the analogue instrument panel.3. Remove the top finishing trim.

Refitting ( Removing

) Connect the electrical connector for the analogue instrument panel.

If the instrument panel needs to be replaced, the new component must be subjected to the Proxi initialisation procedure using the diagnostic station (Examiner).

Fit the top finishing trim on the instrument panel.Fit the instrument panel in the special housing in the dashboard, then tighten the fixing bolts.Position and fix the finishing trim under the instrument panel, tightening the fixing bolts. - 7040A26 steering column trim - r+rConnect the battery negative terminal.
