Removing ( Refitting )  - 7210E18  R.R. FRONT WINGCheck if any of the connected parts are deformed by checking body alignment dimensions. Use appropriate measurement tools (reference rigs, templates or gauges). If necessary, straighten the body before removing the part. 1. Use a chamgering machine and drill to reduce the weld spots where shown in the diagram.2. Open the metal fixing/centering tabs.3. Undo the support bolt for the bonnet telescopic support strut.4. Using a special chisel, release and remove the side bracket cover. 1. Use a power saw to cut the panel at the point shown in the diagram. 1. Use a chamfering machine and drill to reduce the spot welds where shown in the diagram and remove the side bracket frame. Remove the metal offcuts using a hammer and chisel.Straighten the edges.Use a grinding wheel to remove the spot weld residues.Apply electroweldable paint in the areas to be welded. Refitting ( Removing ) Clean the area cut and apply electro-galvanizing paint.1. Position the side bracket frame correctly.2. Position the self-locking clamps.3. Carry out spot welding at the points illustrated in the diagram.4. Use the MIG welder to seam weld the areas shown in the diagram. Clean the area cut and apply electro-galvanizing paint.1. Position the side bracket cover.2. Position the self-locking clamps. Carry out spot welding at the points shown in the diagram.4. Use the MIG welder to seam weld the areas shown in the diagram.
