Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Release and remove the moulding using suitable equipment.2. Take care not to damage the pins for centering the moulding on the tailgate. Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the moulding is undamaged.If this is not the case, replace the moulding.If necessary, retouch the paintwork on the moulding and/or tailgate.Remove the residues of sealant on the inner perimeter of the moulding and the tailgate.Apply a continuous bead of sealant with no breaks to the entire inner perimeter of the moulding.Fit the moulding, inserting the centering pins in the housings in the tailgate.
