192004507 - E1050 CAN CONNECTION LINES - FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Operational description
Body Computer M1 is supplied directly from the battery via line protected by maxifuse CPL1 ( B99, connector B) at pin 18 of connector F that interfaces with underfacia junction unit B2 .The Body Computer M1 receives an ignition-operated supply (INT) at pin 9 of connector F of the interface with the junction unit under the dashboard B2 : this signal is used, amongst other things, to "wake up the network".Pins 9 and 8 of connector I of M1 are earthed.The following nodes are connected to the Body Computer M1 via the C-CAN high speed network:
- electric steering control unit M86 ;
- engine management control unit M10;
- ABS control unit M50 ;
- adaptive Cruise Control control unit M87 ;
