Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.    1016A40 COPERCHIO BOBINE accensione su testa cilindri - S.R.    Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD - R+R    Op. 1072C10 EXHAUST MANIFOLD - R + R AND REPLACE SEAL1. Undo the connector and disconnect the coolant outlet pipe from the engine oil heat exchanger.2. Disconnect the coolant reservoir coolant pipe.3. Undo the bolts fixing the coolant inlet pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger.4. Disconnect the coolant return pipe to the heater (4a) and the lower radiator pipe (4b).5. Undo the nuts (5a) and the bolts (5b) and remove the filler pipe (5c).6. Recover the underlying gasket. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the rigid inlet water pipe on the pump.Tighten the nuts and the bolts fixing the rigid pipe to the cylinder head to torque.

Connect the coolant pipe to the thermostat.Tighten the bolts fixing the coolant inlet pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger.Connect the coolant pipe to the coolant reservoir, the lower radiator pipe and the heater coolant return pipe.Tighten the connector and connect the coolant outlet pipe from the engine oil heat exchanger.    1016A40 COPERCHIO BOBINE accensione su testa cilindri - S.R.    Op. 1072C10 EXHAUST MANIFOLD - R + R AND REPLACE SEAL    Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD - R+RRemove the vehicle from the lift.
