Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the rampDisconnect the lower coolant outlet hose from the radiator and drain the engine coolant.

Recover the coolant using a suitable container.

1. Loosen the bands and remove the rigid air supply pipe from the filter to the butterfly casing.  - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.- 5530B10 battery - r+r  - 5530B52  Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R.1. Disconnect the single water supply pipe to the heater, heater side. Release the water supply pipe to the heater from the fastenings connecting it to the return pipe from the heater.1. Disconnect the water supply pipe to the heater, thermostat side, and remove it. Refitting ( Removing ) Place the water supply pipe to the heater back in its housing and connect it to the thermostat.Secure the water supply pipe to the heater to the fastenings connecting it to the return pipe from the heater.Connect the water supply pipe to the heater, heater side. - 5530B52  Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R.- 5530B10 battery - r+r  - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Place the rigid air supply pipe from the filter to the butterfly casing back in its housing and secure it using the bands.Connect the lower coolant outlet hose to the radiator. - 0010T20  coolant change - 0010T21  coolant check density and top up if necessary- 1088A30 ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM - draining and refilling circuit and bleeding air Remove the car from the ramps.
