3363000 - 5040A74 DUAL AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR SUPPLY AND RETURN PIPE - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) - 5040A10 Air conditioning refrigerant CIRCUIT - Draining and Refilling  - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Disconnect the battery negative terminal. - 1016A40  ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r1. Undo the bolt fixing the tandem pipe to the compressor. Raise the car on a lift. - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r - 7055B42  Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. (right side). 1. Undo the fixing nut and disconnect the tandem pipe from the joint with the pipe coming from the expansion valve.2. Undo the fixing nut and disconnect the tandem pipe from the joint on the condenser.3. Release the connector for the Lambda sensor on the right pre-catalyzer (3a) from the mounting bracket (3b). 1. Remove the air conditioning compressor tandem supply and return pipe. Refitting ( Removing ) Positino the tandem pipe and secure it tightening the bolt fixing it to the compressor to the required torque.

Fasten the Lambda sensor connector on the right pre-catalyzer to the mounting bracket.Secure the tandem pipe with the joint to the condenser tightening the fixing nut.Secure the tandem pipe with the joint to the pipe coming from the expansion valve tightening the fixing nut. - 7055B42  Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. (right side).  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r rLower the vehicle on the lift. - 1016A40  ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Connect the battery negative terminal.- 5040A10 Air conditioning refrigerant CIRCUIT - Draining and Refilling
