CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS

The engine exhaust gases flow through the manifold to the two catalytic converters (1) (see 1080).There is a flexible element (2) in the front section of the exhaust pipe to restrict the transmission of vibrations.The middle section of the exhaust pipe includes a second flexible element and a first silencer (3).The rear section of the exhaust pipe consists of a second silencers (4).Special guards prevent heat radiating toward the body.The various components are supported by means of supports (5) and flexible seals (6) fastened to the underbody.
