Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the belt on the engine and alternator pullies.Using the belt tensioner, fit the belt on the air conditioning compressor pulley.release the tensioner. Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.    Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R    7055B42 PASSARUOTA supplementare ANTERIORE (uno), sx o dx - S.R.1. Adjust the mobile tensioner to slacken the single engine components drive belt.2. Remove the auxiliary shaft drive belt. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the single engine components drive belt on the pullies.

Avoid the belt coming into contact with oil or solvents that could alter the flexibility of the rubber with a resulting loss of adhesion. Also check that the belt shows no signs of cracks or cuts or else it will have to be played.

The tensioning device is automatic and uses a preset spring to set the correct tension upon assembly and automatically take up any wear that arises during normal service.Adjust the automatic tensioner and move to maximum preload position, fit the auxiliary drive belt and slowly release the tensioner.    Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R    7055B42 PASSARUOTA supplementare ANTERIORE (uno), sx o dx - S.R.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.Remove the vehicle from the lift.
