Removing ( Refitting )  - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Disconnect the battery negative terminal.1. Undo the bolts securing the fuel filter to the bodyshell.2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the water-in-filter sensor.

Move the fuel filter outside the working area.  - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r1. Undo the nut.2. Move the heater plug control unit outside the working area.3. Undo the bolts securing the expansion joint to the EGR electrical valve.4. Undo the boltse securing the exhaust gas supply pipe to the EGR.5. Undo the bolts securing the EGR electric valve to the inlet manifold.6. Disconnect the EGR valve actuator electrical connection.

7. Remove the EGR electrical valve from the engine bay. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the EGR electrical valve to its seat on the intake manifold.Tighten the fixing bolts to torque.

Connect the EGR valve actuator electrical connection.

Tighten the bolts securing the expansion joint to the EGR electrical valve to torque.

Tighten the bolts fixing the rear section of the exhaust gas supply pipe to the EGR valve.

Fit the heater plug control unit in its seating and tighten the fixing nut.Connect the electrical connection to the water-in-filter presence sensor.

Tighten to torque the bolts securing the fuel filter to the bodyshell.
