Unscrew the pipe connector from the return manifold. 2. Unscrew the pipe connector from the pressure pump. 3. Remove the pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the fuel pressure regulator.

2. Disconnect the fuel inlet pipe from the pump fitting.3. Unscrew the nuts retaining the pump to the mount.4. Remove the pressure pump.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the pressure pump to its mount.Tighten the nuts securing the pump to the mount to torque.

Connect the fuel inlet pipe to the pump.Connect the electrical connection to the fuel pressure regulator.

Fit a new pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold.

Whenever you work on the pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold, always fit a new pipe when reassembling to avoid leakage from the fittings.

Tighten the connectors on the pressure pump and return manifold to torque.
