Removing ( Refitting ) Place the car on a ramp. - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Disconnect the battery negative terminal. - 4450B12  front or rear wheels (two) - r+r - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r - 7055B42  Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R.  - 1076B50  exhaust pipe attachment to engine - r + r - 1008C30  power unit lower reaction link r r  - 1008C32  GEARBOX LOWER REACTION ROD ' -R.R. - 4410B40  lower wishbone (with balljoint) of left or right front suspension (one) - r+r -check wheel geometry separately1. Undo the bolts securing the anti-roll bar. 2. Undo the bolts securing the steering box to the crossmember. Position a hydraulic jack under the crossmember.3. Undo the bolts securing the crossmember to the bodyshell. Lower the jack and remove the crossmember. Refitting ( Removing ) Position the crossmember on a hydraulic jack and raise it until the crossmember is fully against the bodyshell.Tighten to torque the bolts securing the crossmember brackets to the bodyshell.

Tighten to torque the bolts securing the crossmember to the bodyshell.

Tighten to torque the bolts securing the steering box to the crossmember.

Tighten to torque the bolts securing the anti-roll bar.
