3360229 - I06 MAIN BEAM HEADLAMPS NOT WORKING

Main beams do not work under any conditions (whether in stable position or light flasher position).
The main beams are controlled by the body computer node via a relay on the engine bay control unit.

Lights may be turned on/off via the following controls:

  • Control from stalk in fixed position
  • Control from stalk in instable 'light flasher' position
Results of the tests
1CHECKING WITH DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENTAll OKProblems metOperation

Check an Examiner to the tester input and check the Body Computer Node for:

  • faults in the main beam relay
  • main beam parameter plausibility
  • main beam relay operation (in active diagnosis)
Continue to Step 5Presence of main beam relay anomalies Continue as instructed by the tester
