3360251 - I80 HEADLAMP ALIGNMENT CORRECTOR NOT WORKING

Headlamps cannot be adjusted with low beams on.
Low beam alignment button on external lights control panel sends a command directly to the Instrument Panel Node (NQS), which controls the actuator motors by sending different voltage signals.
