3362572 - 1080D34 engine oil vapour separator - r + r

Removing ( Refitting )  - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r .  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . 1. Disconnect the pipes from the engine oil vapour separator. Undo the bolt fixing the mounting bracket to the head and to the cylinder block/crankcase. 1. Undo the bolts fixing the oil vapour separator to the mounting bracket.2. Disconnect the sump oil return pipe from the separator.3. Remove the separator. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the oil vapour separator on the bracket and tighten the fixing bolts.Tighten the bolt fixing the mounting bracket for the separator to the bodyshell. Connect the engine oil vapour separator pipes. - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r .  - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r .
