Removing ( Refitting ) Place the car on a lift.    1016A10 sound-proofing cover - r + r.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R..    Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD - R+R1. Undo the nuts securing the first exhaust pipe section to the preconverter flange.2. Undo the bolts securing the preconverter to the reinforcement bracket. 1. Loosen the collar (1a) and remove the catalytic preconverter (1b).2. Keep the catalytic preconverter mounting bracket. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the catalytic pre-converter and secure it to the turbocharger with its collar.
