) - 1016A10 sound-proofing cover - r + r . Disconnect the battery negative terminal.1. Disconnect the engine oil vapour recovery pipe from the engine oil filler.Release the engine oil vapour recovery pipe from the fastening band and move it sideways.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the exhaust gas outlet pipe from the water/exhaust gas heat exchanger for the E.G.R. system. 2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the E.G.R. valve.

3. Undo the bolts fixing the E.G.R. system solenoid valve.4. Remove the E.G.R. system solenoid valve.Remove the gasket.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the E.G.R. system solenoid valve and gasket.Tighten the fixing bolts.Connect the electrical connection from the E.G.R. system solenoid.

Screw in the bolts fixing the exhaust gas outlet pipe to the water/exhaust gas heat exchanger without tightening to torque.
