Disconnect the pipe from the expansion valve to the compressor (1), expansion valve side, undoing the fixing bolt (1b).

Release the gas and fuel pipes from the retaining band.Undo the bolt fixing the mounting bracket for the retaining band for the pipe from the expansion valve to the joint.Raise the car on a lift. - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r - 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. (right side). 1. Undo the front bolts (1a) fixing the fuel pipe shield (1b) and move the shield aside.2. Release the fuel pipes from the retaining bands to facilitate the removal of the air conditioning pipe.

1. Undo the nut (1a) fixing the pipe with the joint to the compressor inlet pipe (1b).

1. Remove the pipe from the expansion valve to the joint from the compressor inlet pipe.

Refitting ( Removing

) Position the pipe from the expansion valve to the compressor inlet pipe.Secure the pipe with the joint to the compressor inlet pipe tightening the fixing nut.

Check for the seal at the end of the pipe before securing it to the joint on the compressor inlet pipe.

Position the fuel pipes and secure them to the retaining bands.Position and fasten the shield for the fuel pipes tightening the fixing bolts removed previously. - 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. (right side). - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r rLower the car with the lift.Tighten the bolt fixing the bracket supporting the retaining band for the pipe from the expansion valve to the joint.Position and secure the gas and fuel pipes to the retaining bands.Connect the pipe to the expansion valve tightening the fixing nut.

Check for the seal at the end of the pipe before securing it to the expansion valve.
