Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the bolts fixing the heater pipe retaining band.2. Remove the retaining band.3. Remove the pipe casing seal. Place the electrical wiring to one side.1. Undo the bolts fixing the water pipe shield.2. Remove the water pipe shield. 1. Extract the heater radiator. 1. At the bench, remove the bolts securing the pipe fastening bands to the heater.Open the fastening bands.2. Remove the heater rigid water supply and return pipes. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the O-Ring at the end of the rigid pipe.

The O-Rings for the heater rigid water supply and return pipes and the fastening bands must always be replaced.

Fit the rigid pipe in the radiator.Fasten the rigid pipe to the radiator tightening the securing band fixing bolt.Repeat the operations described above for the remaining rigid pipe.Fit the heater radiator in the special housing.Secure the cover by tightening the fixing bolts.Secure the water pipe shield by tightening the fixing bolts.Fit the electrical wiringClean any residues of the seal removed previously from the surface where the pipe casing seal is stuck using the special tool.Position the heater rigid pipes in the special housing.Secure the retaining bands for the heater rigid pipes tightening the fixing bolts.
