) 1. Disconnect the electrical connectors for the distribution flap (1a) and left upper mixed air sensor (1b) motors

Undo the motor mounting fixing bolts.2. Remove the mounting and motors.

1. Remove the drive gears from the flap shafts.2. Undo the bolts fixing the sealing plug in the flap housing.Remove the sealning plug for the housing for the flaps and the left distribution - vent flaps.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the distribution - vent flaps in their housings.Position and secure the sealing plug in the flap housing tightening the fixing bolts.Fasten the flap drive gears.Secure the distribution motors support tightening the fixing bolts.Connect the electrical connectors for the distribution flap and left upper mixed air sensor motors.
