3362702 - 1084B40 engine oil delivery pipe to turbocharger - r + r

Removing ( Refitting )  - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the exhaust manifold lower heat shield (1b). 1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the oil supply pipe to the turbocharger from the engine crankcase (1b). 1. Unscrew the retaining nuts.2. Remove the exhaust manifold upper heat shield. 1. Unscrew the EGR gas pipe bolts from the manifold.2. Unscrew the bolt securing the metal band from the heat exchanger.3. Remove the exhaust gas delivery pipe to the turbocharger. 1. Undo the connector (1a) and remove the turbocharger oil supply pipe (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the turbocharger oil supply pipe.Tighten the pipe connectors to the crankcase and to the turbochargerFit the exhaust gas delivery pipe to the turbocharger.Tighten the bolt fixing the metal band to the heat exchanger.Tighten the bolts fixing the EGR gas pipe from the manifold.Fit the exhaust manifold upper heat shield and tighten the fixing nuts.Fit the lower exhaust manifold heat shield and tighten the fixing bolts. - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r
