WITH LAMP REMOVED  - 5550C14  hazard warning light switch - r+r - 5580C18  air bag module - r+r- 4110A16 steering wheel - r r for replacement or checks for versions with airbag and manual gearbox with hydraulic selection  - 7040A26  steering column trim - r+r Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the wiring is undamaged and that the individual conductors are firmly attached to the connections.If necessary, check the continuity.Connect each individual electrical connector to the sensor used previusly in order to facilitate the routing of the section of cable removed in its original position.Pull the end of the sensor and restore the routing of the electrical wiring.Carry out the same operation for all the electrical connectors in the engine compartment wiring.Position the rear electrical wiring, securing it using the new retaining bands.Disconnect each individual electrical connector from the sensor.1. Refit the soundproofing compartment and secure it with the relevant retaining clips.
Raise the lift.1. Secure the fuel and anti-evaporation pipes to the retaining bands.2. Refit the soundproofing bulkhead.
Lower the ramp.1. Connect the high and low pressure pipes (1a) to the expansion valve and tighten the fixing nuts (1a) and (1b).
Secure the high and low pressure pipes to the mounting bracket.Connect the electrical sensors of the front wheel ABS sensors.

1. Connect the Selespeed gearbox sensors junction.

Connect the electrical connectors under the engine compartment junction unit.

Connect the leads to the positive battery terminal and fix them using the nuts.Connect the electrical connector for the Air Bag first impact sensor and the front right lights cluster, and secure the section of wiring to the retaining clips.

Fit the expansion tank and secure it with its bolts.Working in the engine compartment, disconnect the windscreen wiper motor electrical connector.

Working in the area of the front left wheelarch, secure the electrical wiring to the retaining clips.Working in the area of the front right wheelarch, connect the electrical connector for the horn, bi-directional windscreen washer and headlamp washer pump, front right earth unit and linear sensor and secure the electrical wiring to the retaining clips.

Refit the pipe carrier corrugated tube.Secure the heated jet wiring and the washer fluid pipe to the retaining clips.Connect the washer fluid pipes to the jets.Connect the heated washer jet electrical connectors.
