3363473 - 7050D35 LEFT rear seat BACKREST COVER, (two seats) - R.R. with backrest removed

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the ski holder flap (1b).
1. Undo the fixing bolt (1a) and remove the hinges (1b), right side.
1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the trim (1b).
1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) for the backrest engagement/release device (1b).
1. Disconnect the flexible cable (1a) disabling the centre rear seat belt from the control lever (1b) incorporated in the device.2. Disconnect the flexible cable (2a) attaching the right backrest to the left backrest from the control lever (2b).
1. Release the retaining clips at the bottom and on the left side securing the seat backrest.
1. Starting on either side, open the bottom and left side retainers.
1. Release the cover surround (1a), at the bottom, fastened to the backrest frame flange (1b).
1. Continuing on the right side, separate the cover along the surrounds (1a) and (1b) fastened to the actual cover.
1. Using a knife, release the retaining plugs (1a) and remove the backrest sound insulation (1b).

1. Release the backrest cover surround fastened to the frame in the area of the ski holder.
1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the centre seat belt trim (1b).2. Release the seat belt (2a) from the trim via the slot (2b).
1. Release the cover complete with upholstery, as necessary, in order to remove the head restraint pin bushes (1a) from the housing by pressing the retaining tabs (1b). Carry out the same operation for the remaining head restraint pin bushes.
1. Remove the circlips (1a) for the cover fastened to the iron rod (1b) at the bottom of the head restraint.
1. Separate the backrest cover from the upholstery.
1. Separate the upholstery (1a) from the frame, releasing the seat belt (1b) through the opening in the actual upholstery.
Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the upholstery on the backrest frame, positioning the seat belt via the opening in the actual upholstery.Position the backrest cover on the upholstery, matching up the velcro on the two components.Using pliers for metal points, fasten the cover to the iron rod, in the area of the ski holder, using new circlips.

Fit the head restraint pin bushes in place, checking that they are correctly inserted. 1. Fit the backrest cover surround in place, fastened to the frame in the area of the ski holder. Use a rubber hammer to make sure that the cover surround is correctly inserted.
Position the sound insulation on the backrest frame and fasten it using the retaining plugs.1. Continue on the right side and join the cover along the surrounds (1a) and (1b) fastened to the actual cover.
1. Fit the cover surround (1a) at the bottom to the backrest frame flange (1b).Use a rubber hammer to make sure that the cover surround is correctly inserted.
1. Using the zip (1a) supplied as spares, close the fastenings (1b).Extract the zip when the fastenings are closed.2. To prevent the fastenings from opening, use new retaining clips to be fitted at the ends.Carry out the same operations for the bottom and left fastenings.
Mould the cover onto the padding.Fit the centre rear seat belt trim and secure it using the bolts.Connect the flexible cables for disabling the centre rear seat belt and the device attaching the right backrest to the left backrest to the control lever incorporated in the rear seat backrest engagement/release device. Fit the rear seat backrest engagement/release device and tighten the fixing bolts to torque.Position the trim and tighten the fixing bolts.Position the hinges and tighten the fixing bolt to torque, right side.Position the ski holder flap and tighten the fixing bolts.
