3362677 - 1060G50 Electro-pneumatically controlled THROTTLE CASING - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting )  - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r . - 5530B10 battery - r+r .  - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R. . 1. Unscrew the bolt securing the air intake pipe to the throttle body.2. Move the air intake pipe away from the throttle body.3. Open the band and release the vacuum pipe.4. Disconnect the engine oil vapour recovery pipe from the filler fitting. 1. Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the pneumatic valve on the throttle body.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the electropneumatically controlled throttle body (2b) complete with gasket (2c). Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the electropneumatically controlled throttle body with gasket and secure by tightening the bolts to the specified torque.Connect the vacuum pipe to the pneumatic valve on the throttle body.Connect the air intake pipe to to the throttle body and tighten the bolts to torque.Connect the oil vapour recovery pipes and secure using the bands.Close the collar and secure the vacuum pipe. - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R. . - 5530B10 battery - r+r .  - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r .
