3362511 - 1088B20 engine cooling radiator - r + r

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp. - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.- 5530B10 battery - r+r  - 5530B52  Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R.1. Disconnect the coolant top hose from the radiator and drain the cooling system.

Manually press the springs and remove the hose's rapid attachment.

Recover the coolant using a suitable container.

 - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r - 7055B42  Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R.1. Disconnect the coolant bottom hose from the radiator and drain the remaining coolant.

Manually press the springs and remove the hose's rapid attachment.

Recover the coolant using a suitable container.

1. Undo the bolts securing the radiator supporting crossmember.2. Lower the crossmember and withdraw the radiator from its seating. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the radiator complete with crossmember in its seating.Tighten the bolts securing the radiator supporting crossmember to the front end. - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r - 7055B42  Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R.Connect the coolant top and bottom hoses to the radiator. - 5530B52  Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R.- 5530B10 battery - r+r  - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R. - 0010T20  coolant change . Remove the car from the ramp.
