3362517 - 1088D24 rigid pipe for coolant inlet to water pump - r + r

Removing ( Refitting )  - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Disconnect the battery negative terminal. - 1016A40  ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r - 1088E10  radiator cooling fan - r + r - 1072C44  exhaust manifold heat shield on bulkhead - r+r - 1072C10  exhaust manifold - r + r and replace sealPosition a suitable container under the engine for recovering the coolant fluid.1. Disconnect the engine coolant pipe from the water pump rigid inlet pipe.2. Undo the bolts securing the rigid pipe to the cylinder head.3. Undo the bolts securing the electrical connector mounting bracket.4. Remove the rigid coolant pump intake pipe.5. Remove the underlying gasket. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit a new gasket in the seat on the rigid pipe.Fit the rigid engine intake pipe to the pump.Tighten the nuts and bolts securing the pipe to the cylinder head.Tighten the bolt securing the electrical connection bracket.Connect the engine coolant coolant pipes to the rigid pump intake pipe. - 1072C10  exhaust manifold - r + r and replace seal - 1072C44  exhaust manifold heat shield on bulkhead - r+r - 1088E10  radiator cooling fan - r + r - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r - 1016A40  ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+rConnect the battery negative terminal. - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R. - 0010T20  coolant change
