Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the bolt (1a) for the timing driven pulley, exhaust side using the tools (1b) for counter-torque.

2. Remove the timing driven pulley, exhaust side.3. Undo the bolts (3a) for the inlet side camshaft driven pulley, using the tool (3b) for counter-torque.

4. Remove the timing driven pulley, inlet side. Move the engine coolant reservoir over to one side.1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the side guard (1b). 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the water pump (1b) complete with )-ring. Refitting ( Removing ) Refit the water pump, complete with O-ring, back in its housing and tighten the bolts to the specified torque.

Fit the protective cover and secure it with the bolts.Fit the engine coolant reservoir in its seating.Fit the timing gear driven pullies (inlet and exhaust side) in their seatings.Screw on, without tightening, the bolts securing the timing driven pullies.

The bolts securing the timing gear driven pullies are tightened when the timing belt is refitted.
