) - 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Disconnect the battery negative terminal. - 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r - 1088E10 radiator cooling fan - r + r - 1072C44 exhaust manifold heat shield on bulkhead - r+r1. Undo the nuts (1a) securing the mounting bracket (1b) for the exhaust pipe front section.

1. Undo the nuts (1a) connecting to the cylinder head and the nuts (1b) connecting to the catalytic preconverter.Raise the vehicle.2. Remove the exhaust manifold complete with gaskets from the bottom of the engine compartment.

Refitting ( Removing

) Position the exhaust manifold complete with new gaskets in its seating and connect it to the catalytic converter, tightening the nuts to the specified torque.

Tighten the nuts fixing the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head to the recommended torque.

Tighten to torque the nuts securing the reinforcement bracket for the exhaust pipe first section.
