) Position the vehicle on the ramp. - 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.- 5530B10 battery - r+r - 5530B52 Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R.Remove the protective cap from the bleed valve of one front brake caliperConnect the collection system (pipe and reservoir) to the bleed valve on the brake caliper.Operate the brake pedal until the brake-clutch fluid reservoir is empty.1. Remove the clip (1a) and release the push rod (1b) for the master cylinder from the clutch pedal.

1. Remove the fastening band and disconnect the brake/clutch fluid reservoir flexible pipe.2. Retract the clip (2a) and place the vibration damper to the side of the clutch pump (2b).3. Undo bolts (3a) and remove master cylinder (pump) (3b).

Refitting ( Removing

) Refit the master cylinder (pump) in its housing and tighten the retaining screws to the recommended torque.

Pull the retaining clip back and fit the vibration damper in its seat on the clutch pump.Connect the brake/clutch fluid reesrvoir flexible pipe and secure it using a suitable band.Secure the pump master cylinder pushrod to the pedal. - 0010T67 hydraulic clutch system bleed air - 5530B52 Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R.- 5530B10 battery - r+r - 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Remove the car from the ramps.
