1. Undo the retaining bolts (1a), release the rigid pipe rubber
plug (1b) from the gearbox bell housing, then remove the clutch
hydraulic slave cylinder (1c).

Carefully clean the mating surfaces between
cylinder and gearbox.Apply silicon sealant to the mating surface
between the hydraulic actuator and gearbox. | Take care to fit the actuator co-axial with the gearbox main shaft without damaging the seal. |
