(one) - r + rMove the electrical connectors aside. - 1048A28 vacuum air circuit resonator pipe - r+r - 1056B14 throttle case - r + r1. Loosen the bolt fixing the control unit mounting.Release the wiring from the retaining bands.2. Disconnect the earth lead on the control unit mounting.

- 5040A72 evaporator outlet pipe - r r1. Disconnect the pipe from the evaporator to the condenser (1a), expansion valve side, undoing the fixing bolt (1b).

1. Release the gas recirculation and fuel pipes from the retaining band.

Raise the car on a lift.Undo the nut fixing the mounting bracket for the pipe retaining band.Release the pipe from the retaining bands.1. Disconnect the electrical connector for the linear pressure transducer.

2. Undo the linear pressure transducer.Lower the car from the ramp.Pass the gas recirculation and fuel pipes underneath the pipe between the condenser and the evaporator.

Check that the fuel pipe is not bent near the thermal welding between the rigid and soft sections. If the pipe is bent, replace the fuel pipe.

Raise the car on a lift.3. Disconnect and remove the pipe between the evaporator and the condenser (3a), coupling side with the pipe inlet to the condenser, loosening the fixing nut (3b).

Refitting ( Removing

) Connect the pipe from the evaporator to the condenser, coupling side with the pipe inlet to the condenser, tightening the fixing nut.

Check for the seal at the end of the pipe before fastening it to the coupling with the condenser inlet pipe.

Lower the car from the ramp.Position the gas recirculation and fuel pipes.Raise the car on a lift.Tighten the linear pressure transducer.Connect the electrical connection for the linear pressure transducer.

Secure the pipe to the retaining bands.Tighten the nut fixing the mounting bracket for the pipe retaining band.Lower the car from the ramp.Secure the gas recirculation and fuel pipes to the retaining band.Connect the pipe from the evaporator to the condenser, expansion valve side, tightening the fixing nut.

Check for the seal at the end of the pipe before securing it to the expansion valve.
