) - 5040C54 air conditioner heater radiator - r+r with air conditioner box removed1. Undo the bolts fixing the pipe to the evaporator, evaporator side.2. Undo the bolts (2a) fixing the pipe casing (2b).3. Release the pipe from the evaporator and remove it.

- 5010B63 CONNECTING DUCT BETWEEN CLIMATE CONTROL CASING AND DASHBOARD TRIM - R.R. WITH CLIMATE CONTROL CASING REMOVED - 5040C18 RECIRCULATION AIR INTAKE ASSEMBLY - R.R. WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED1. Disconnect the electrical connectors for the lower mixed air sensors.

2. Undo the bolts fixing the lower air duct.Place the electrical wiring to one side.Release the lower air duct from the retaining springs.3. Remove the lower air duct.

1. Undo the fixing bolt (1a) and remove the cover for the pollen filter (1b) housing.2. Remove the pollen filter.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the lower mixed air duct.2. Remove the lower mixed air duct.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the evaporator condensation collection casing.2. Remove the cover.

1. Disconnect the electrical connectors for the upper mixed air sensor (1a), the right mixture flap motor (1b) and the fan (1c).

Move the electrical wiring for the air conditioning casing aside.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the right air mixture motor.2. Remove the right air mixture motor.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the air conditioning casing.2. Open the air conditioning casing.

1. Remove the air conditioning evaporator.

Refitting ( Removing

) Position the evaporator in the special housing.Close the climate control casing tightening the fixing bolts.Position and secure the right air mixture motor tightening the fixing bolts.Connect the electrical connectors for the upper mixed air sensor, the right mixture flap motor and the fan.

Position and secure the condensation collection casing tightening the fixing bolts.Position and secure the lower mixed air duct tightening the fixing bolts.Position the pollen filter in the special housing.Position and secure the housing cover tightening the fixing bolts.Position and secure the lower air duct to the retaining springs tightening the fixing bolts.Connect the electrical connectors for the lower mixed air sensors.

- 5040C18 RECIRCULATION AIR INTAKE ASSEMBLY - R.R. WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED - 5010B63 CONNECTING DUCT BETWEEN CLIMATE CONTROL CASING AND DASHBOARD TRIM - R.R. WITH CLIMATE CONTROL CASING REMOVEDFasten the inlet and outlet pipe to the evaporator tightening the fixing bolts.

Check for the O-Rings on the evaporator inlet and outlet connectors.
