With the engine cold, remove the spark plugs. Check the state of the spark plugs and replace them, if necessary.

Using different spark plugs from the recommended ones can cause damage to the engine and alter the exhaust emission levels.

Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the spark plugs and tighten them to the recommended torque.
