Disconnect the battery negative terminal. - 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r - 1088E10 radiator cooling fan - r + r - 1072C44 exhaust manifold heat shield on bulkhead - r+r - 1080B40 catalytic pre-converter - r r1. Undo and remove the engine oil filter.Recover the oil in a suitable container.

1. Loosen the bands and disconnect the coolant supply and return pipes to the heat exchanger.

Recover the coolant which comes out in a suitable container.

1. Undo the connector (1a) and remove the engine oil heat exchanger (1b).

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the engine oil heat exchanger and secure it with its connector.Connect the coolant supply and return pipes to the heat exchanger and secure them with their bands.Tighten the bolts securing the coolant pipe mounting brackets to the crankcase. - 1084B30 engine oil filter r r . - 0010T11 engine oil check level and top up . - 0010T21 coolant check density and top up if necessary . - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r . Connect the battery negative terminal lead.Remove the vehicle from the ramp.
