) Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R. Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.RRaise the vehicle. Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL - R.R Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.1. Release the flexible buffer for the flexible section of the exhaust pipe from the bearing on the bodyshell.2. Undo the bolt fixing the lower rod to the bracket on the gearbox.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the steering knuckle to the shock absorber.2. Release the inner driveshaft (2a) from the differential and move the right driveshaft (2b) away from the work area.

Position a hydraulic arm support under the gearbox assembly.1. Open the retaining band (1a) and release the pipe (1b) for the hydraulic clutch release.2. Undo the nut fixing the flexible mounting to the rigid support.Lower the power unit slightly using the hydraulic arm support.3. Undo the fixing bolts (3a) and remove the flexible mounting (3b).

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the flexible mounting in place.Tighten the bolts securing the flexible mounting to the body to torque.

Raise the power unit slightly using the hydraulic arm support.Tighten the nut fixing the block to the rigid mounting to torque.

Fit the inner driveshaft in the housing in the differential.Tighten the bolts securing the steering knuckle to the shock absorber to torque.

Tighten the bolt fixing the lower rod to the bracket on the gearbox to torque.

Secure the rubber buffer on the bearing on the bodyshell. Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL - R.RLower the vehicle. Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R Op. 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Remove the vehicle from the lift.
