Removing ( Refitting ) For the exhaust side driven pulley1. Undo the bolt (1a) for the timing driven pulley, exhaust side using the tools (1b) for counter-torque and the appropriate adapator.

2. Remove the timing driven pulley, exhaust side. For the inlet side driven pulley1. Undo the bolts (1a) of the timing driven pulley, inlet side, using the tool (1b) for counter-torque.

2. Remove the timing driven pulley, inlet side. Refitting ( Removing ) For the inlet side driven pulleyFit the timing driven pulley, inlet side and fix it using the bolts without tightening them.For the exhaust side driven pulleyFit the timing driven pulley, exhaust side and fix it using the bolt without tightening it.

The bolts fixing the pullies should be tightened when refitting the timing drive belt.
