Removing ( Refitting ) Disconnect the battery negative terminal.1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the accelerator pedal potentiometer.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) securing the pedal to the floor, then remove the accelerator pedal with potentiometer incorporated (2b). Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the accelerator pedal with built-in potentiometer.Tighten the bolts securing the pedal to the floor.Connect the electrical connection of the accelerator pedal potentiometer.
