Disconnect the battery negative terminal. - 1016A40  ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r - 1088E10  radiator cooling fan - r + r - 1072C44  exhaust manifold heat shield on bulkhead - r+r - 1080B40  catalytic pre-converter - r rPosition a suitable container to collect the coolant.Disconnect the lower radiator hose and drain the engine cooling system.1. Disconnect the cooling supply and return hoses from the heat exchanger and rigid section, then remove them. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the supply and return hoses on the heat exchanger. - 1080B40  catalytic pre-converter - r r - 1072C44  exhaust manifold heat shield on bulkhead - r+r - 1088E10  radiator cooling fan - r + r - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r - 1016A40  ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+rConnect the battery negative terminal. - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R. .  - 0010T21  coolant check density and top up if necessary
