(one) - r + rMove the electrical connectors aside. - 1048A28 vacuum air circuit resonator pipe - r+r - 1056B15 throttle body intergral with mds - r r - 1048A23 cold air intake - r r1. Disconnect the flow meter electrical connector.

Raise the car on a lift. - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r - 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R.1. Remove the air filter casing.

Lower the car with the lift.Position a suitable container for collecting the coolant fluid.1. Disconnect the lower hose from the radiator and drain the engine cooling system.

1. Disconnect the junction for the engine wiring (1a), coolant temperature sensor (1b) and the earth on the engine (1c) and move it aside.

Release the pipe from the retaining bands.Raise the car on a lift.Position a suitable container for collecting the coolant fluid.1. Open the band securing the water return pipe from the heater and disconnect the heater side pipe.

Lower the car with the lift.1. Break the band securing the water return pipe from the heater to the water manifold on the engine.Position a suitable container for collecting the coolant fluid.2. Remove the water return pipe from the heater.

Refitting ( Removing

) Connect the pipe on the engine water manifold.Secure the pipe to the engine water manifold using a retaining band.Raise the car on a lift.Connect the pipe to the heater.Secure the pipe to the heater using the retaining band fastened to the actual pipe.Lower the car with the lift.Secure the pipe to the retaining bands.Connect the junction for the engine wiring, coolant temperature sensor and earth lead on the engine.

Using a rapid connector, connect the lower radiator hose.Raise the car on a lift.Position the air filter casing in the special housing.Lower the car with the lift. - 0010T20 coolant change - 0010T21 coolant check density and top up if necessary - 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r rConnect the flow meter electrical connector.
