1. Remove the compressor (1a) undoing the fixing bolts (1b).

Remove the bush - spacer assembly together with the lower fixing bolt.

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Place the compressor in position and secure it tightening the fixing bolts to the recommended torque taking care to fit the bush - spacer with the lower compressor fixing bolt as illustrated in the diagram below.

Check that the O-rings are fitted in the compressor inlet/outlet sections.

1. Position the alternator wiring as illustrated in the diagram below so that they are not in contact with the catalytic pre-converter.
