Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Disconnect the negative battery terminal.    Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.    Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD - R+R1. Disconnect the electrical connections (1a) and (1b) for the Lambda sensors.

2. Undo the nuts fixing the manifold/catalytic converter to the cylinder head.3. Undo the nuts fixing the manifold/catalytic converter to the exhaust pipe.4. Undo the bolt fixing the manifold/catalytic converter mounting bracket.5. Remove the manifold/catalytic converter.
Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the manifold/exhaust converter.Tighten the bolt fixing the manifold/exhaust converter mounting bracket.
