Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.    1016A10 COPERCHIO INSONORIZZANTE - S.R.    Op. 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

    Op. 1080B98 LAMBDA SENSORS (ALL) - R.R.    1076A74 RIPARO CALORE per tubazione di scarico attacco al collettore - S.R.1. Undo the nuts (1a) and disconnect the exhaust pipe (1b) from the exhaust manifold (1c).
1. Undo the bolts fixing the bracket to the cylinder block/crankcase.2. Undo the nuts (2a) and remove the exhaust manifold (2b) complete with gasket.
Refitting ( Removing ) Place the exhaust manifold, complete with a new gasket, back in its housing and secure it to the cylinder head tightening the nuts to the recommended torque.

Tighten the bolts securing the bracket on the crankcase to the recommended torque.
