The diagnostic equipment signals the following error: C1276 Valve Relay

This error is signalled if the control unit detects an open circuit or short circuit (positive or earth) for the relay or feedback, if the relay or the operating circuit are damaged

	Check that the valve relay wiring is not faulty.Check that the valve relay connector is not faulty at the pins (on both the wiring and relay sides) by carrying out a visual inspection. In particular, check that: They are not oxidized They are not distorted or brokenCheck the state of the power fuse for the engine compartment junction unit See   E7020  ABS	Continue to Step 2	Wiring connections faulty	Restore the correct connections See   E7020  ABS
			Relay side connector faulty	Replace the ABS electro-hydraulic control unit Op.   3340A12
			Wiring side connector faulty	Replace the ABS wiring Op. 5505C28
			Fuse broken	Identify the cause of the problem with the fuse and eliminate it, then replace the fuse
2	CHECK ON CORRECT OPERATION	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	Delete the errors using the diagnostic equipment.Turn the ignition OFF and then ON to make the control unit check whether there are errors present Check that the fault is no longer present	End of diagnosis	The fault persists	Replace the ABS electro-hydraulic control unit Op.   3340A12
