) Place the car on a lift. - 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Disconnect the battery negative terminal. - 4450B12 front or rear wheels (two) - r+r - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r - 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. - 1072C16 exhaust manifold with catalytic converter - r r 1. Undo the nuts fixing the flanges joining the front section with the ball joint of the exhaust pipe.

1. Undo the bolts securing the anti-roll bar.2. Undo the bolts securing the steering box to the crossmember.Position a hydraulic jack under the crossmember.3. Undo the bolts securing the crossmember to the bodyshell.4. Undo the bolt fixing the bottom reaction rod.

1. Undo the nuts on the anti-roll bar of the shock absorber link.

1. Lower the hydraulic jack and remove the anti-roll bar.

Refitting ( Removing

) Position the antiroll bar.Tighten the nuts of the shock absorber link on the anti-roll bar.

Raise the hydraulic jack, bringing the crossmember against the bodyshell.Tighten to torque the bolt securing the bottom reaction rod.

Tighten to torque the bolts securing the crossmember to the bodyshell.

Tighten to torque the bolts securing the steering box to the crossmember.

Tighten to torque the bolts securing the anti-roll bar.

Secure the front section to the exhaust pipe balljoint, tightening the nuts to the specified torque.
