When the boot is opened the luggage compartment light is turned
on which goes out when the boot is closed. The light can be left on by operating the
switch on the actual light.A light inside the glove compartment is
turned on when the compartment is opened, and goes off when the
compartment is closed. The lights under each of the two sun visors
are operated using the switch on them. The Body Computer continuously acquires
the 'battery voltage' signal and compares it with a limit ('SBMT'
function): if the battery voltage level goes below this limit, it
intervenes through the CAN sending a signal to disable a series
of loads: these include the glove compartment light, the luggage
compartment light and the sun visor lights; the function is activated
with the ignition key in the OFF position.
