Description
The door mirrors are adjustable electrically
in both directions by means of a joystick; located in the door controls,
driver's side: a slide switch selects the right or left mirror.
The button, which can be pressed in four directions, controls two
electric motors located in each of the two mirrors: one motor rotates
the mirror on a horizontal axis, while the other on a vertical axis.In this version, it is possible to move
the door mirrors manually and also store/recall 3 positions set
for different driver seat positions. Passenger side door mirror
position is also set automatically when reverse is engaged.All this complex strategy is managed by
the driver's seat control unit which communicates with the Body
Computer via the CAN.The circuit is protected by a fuse in the
underfacia control unit and controlled by the door control unit
in accordance with a control strategy transmitted via the CAN network
from the Body Computer.
