3361053 - E6010 HEATER - Description
Description
The vehicle climate control system
involves a duct/distributor unit with a heater, controlled via three
knobs in the dashboard:
- the left knob mechanically controls the mixture flap between
hot and cold air;
- the right knob, mechanically operated via a cable, controls
the opening of the flaps which regulate the distribution of air
flows;
- the centre knob electrically controls the ventilation
of the air at four different speeds.
The operation of the fan at different speeds
is achieved through a resistive divider, protected by a special
thermal fuse to prevent overheating.
On the controls unit, there is also a button
for switching on the 'recirculation' function and the heated rear
window
