3362542 - 1016B22 lh cylinder head extension - r r with timing belt removed - replace gasket

Removing ( Refitting )  - 1048A32  sleeve from air cleaner to intake manifold - r + r - 1056B15  throttle body intergral with mds - r r - 1084A16  oil dip stick pipe - r r - 1084A22  engine oil filler - r r - 1072B50  sleeves connecting air capacity box to inlet manifold is - r+r - 1032B40  toothed-driven pulley (one) - r + r with timing belt removed1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the upper rear shield (1b) for the timing belt.  - 1072B14  inlet manifold - r+r and replace seal with air conveyor/box removed1. Undo the bolts (1a) and place the timing sensor (1b) at the side. 1. Unscrew bolts (1a) and remove left cylinder head extension (1b).2. Remove the left cylinder head extension. Refitting ( Removing ) Refit the a new left cylinder head extension gasket.Refit the left cylinder head extension and secure by tightening the bolts to the specified torque.

Place the timing sensor back in its housing and secure it using the bolts. - 1072B14  inlet manifold - r+r and replace seal with air conveyor/box removedPlace the upper rear timing belt shield back in its housing and secure it using the bolts. - 1032B40  toothed-driven pulley (one) - r + r with timing belt removed - 1072B50  sleeves connecting air capacity box to inlet manifold is - r+r - 1084A22  engine oil filler - r r - 1084A16  oil dip stick pipe - r r - 1056B15  throttle body intergral with mds - r r - 1048A32  sleeve from air cleaner to intake manifold - r + r
