Removing ( Refitting )  - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

 - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + rRemove the protective cap from the bleed valve of one front brake caliperConnect the collection system (pipe and reservoir) to the bleed valve on the brake caliper.Operate the brake pedal until the brake-clutch fluid reservoir is empty.1. Remove the clip (1a) and release the push rod (1b) for the master cylinder from the clutch pedal. 1. Raise the retaining clip (1a) and disconnect the fluid pipe (1b). 1. Break the band (1a) and disconnect the oil pipe (1b).2. Undo the nuts (2a) fixing the master cylinder to the bodyshell, then remove the clutch pump master cylinder (2b) from the engine compartment. Refitting ( Removing ) Place the clutch pump master cylinder in the engine compartment.Tighten the nuts fixing the pump master cylinder to the recommended torque.

Connect the oil pipe to the operating cylinder using a new band.Connect the oil pipe to the operating cylinder and close the retaining clip.Secure the pump master cylinder pushrod to the pedal. - 0010T67  hydraulic clutch system bleed air - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + rConnect the battery negative terminal.
