Removing ( Refitting ) Place the car on a ramp.    2125C26 lever/knob cover - r+r for versions with reverse engagement device     1076A48 catalytic converter heat shield - r rRaise the lift.

To facilitate cable removal from the mount, it is advisable to tighten both bolts securing the mount to the body.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the protective cover (1b).2. Remove the selection and engagement flexible transmission cable heads (2a) from the lever and relay (2b).3. Remove the anchoring clips and withdraw the two flexible transmission cables from the mounting.4. Unscrew the bolts tightened previously and remove the gearbox control lever mount. Refitting ( Removing ) Position the gear lever mounting complete with relay.Fit the gear selection and engagement flexible transmission cable ends to the lever and relay.Fit the clips anchoring the two flexible transmission cables to the mounting.Fit the protective cover in the mount seat and tighten the fixing bolts.    1076A48 catalytic converter heat shield - r r     2125C26 lever/knob cover - r+r for versions with reverse engagement deviceRemove the vehicle from the ramp.     1076B26 intermediate exhaust silencer - r+r emission control versions     1076B26 intermediate exhaust silencer - r+r emission control versions     1076B26 intermediate exhaust silencer - r+r emission control versions
